Successful Kitchen and Bath Company looking for a positive and detail-oriented personality to work directly with our prospective clients.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of remodeling and/or design work. You would be responsible for all initial contact with clients in the showroom as well as in-home appointments in the Orange County area.
You must be able to clearly communicate who we are as a company and gather information about the client’s remodeling project to relay back to our designers.
Good communication skills, background in the design/remodeling world and a significant degree of independence are all required.
knowledgeable of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: In-home visits to prospective client’s homes to gather information Respond to and follow up on all inquiries from prospective customers Answer phone calls and talk to walk-in clients Answer questions about our services and products Ensure effective telephone and e-mail communications Perform miscellaneous administrative duties
